Director - Commercial Product Management
We are seeking a seasoned product leader with deep expertise in credit and commercial card products to drive the strategic expansion of i2c's commercial capabilities. This role will focus on enhancing credit and charge card features, integrating network products, and developing new commercial offerings.
As a key member of the Global Product Management team, the Director will define product roadmaps, translate market needs into actionable requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
This is a remote opportunity for individuals currently residing in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies for credit and commercial card offerings.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, requirements, and delivery timelines in close collaboration with i2c's in-house Technology and cross-functional teams.
- Engage with clients and prospects to understand needs, present solutions, and support Sales and Client Engagement Teams.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; benchmark i2c offerings against competitors.
- Build compelling product value propositions and business cases to support investment decisions.
- Partner with networks, fintechs, processors, and financial institutions to drive innovation and integration.
- Influence internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, demos, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in credit card product management; commercial card experience strongly preferred.

- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to execution, working with global teams.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and drive engagement.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Financial acumen to develop business cases, assess KPIs, and shape contractual agreements.
- Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative leader with a track record of influencing across all levels of an organization.
