Balance Staffing is partnering with a multinational automotive manufacturer in Orange County, CA to hire a
Program Manager
to lead a major migration program. This is a fully onsite, long term contract role with responsibility for executing and overseeing multiple workstreams.

We are seeking someone with demonstrated experience managing shifting priorities and scope changes while minimizing impact to schedule and deliverables. The ideal candidate will also be able to proactively identify program risks, including those that may be overlooked or underestimated by project teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the overall migration program and oversee planning, coordination, and execution across key workstreams including Network Architecture, Infrastructure Discovery, Application Mapping, and Governance.
  • Serve as the primary owner for scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholder alignment across the program.
  • Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and cross functional collaboration with infrastructure, application, and security teams.
  • Partner with senior leadership to remove blockers and present program updates to executive forums
  • Identify and mitigate risks across dependencies, resource onboarding, and data mastering while managing issues through tools like Asana and ServiceNow.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience in IT infrastructure or cloud migration
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data center operations, and network architecture.
  • Proven program management experience leading large scale, migration initiatives, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and internal dynamics across application teams.
  • Hands on experience with application migrations across production, test, and staging environments.
  • Experience with governance frameworks and enterprise PMO practices.
