Position Overview

We are seeking a Virtual Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide school-based therapy services to students in the Eatonville, FL area. This position begins part-time, with the potential to grow into full-time as the caseload expands.

Therapy sessions are currently scheduled for Fridays, so Friday availability is preferred. We offer complete flexibility in scheduling and strong administrative support to help you focus on what you do best—serving students.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual occupational therapy sessions to students (K–12) under the supervision of a licensed OT.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and therapy logs.
  • Participate in virtual meetings as needed to support student success.

Requirements

  • Active Florida COTA license (required).
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection and comfort with virtual service delivery.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
