Job Summary

Join Epic Journey Wellness, a fully virtual, multidisciplinary wellness hub dedicated to helping individuals, families, and professionals heal, grow, and thrive. We're seeking experienced or aspiring Holistic Healers / Breathwork & Mindfulness Facilitators to guide clients through practices that restore balance, emotional clarity, and connection between mind, body, and spirit.

At Epic Journey Wellness, clients can choose between:

• Individual Services – Personalized hourly sessions with one of our professionals in therapy, coaching, functional medicine, nutrition, or holistic healing.
• Tiered Programs – Comprehensive wellness plans that integrate multiple disciplines into a structured path of growth. These programs may include therapy, recovery coaching, nutrition, hormone and lab analysis, mindfulness, and more, all individualized to the client's needs.

You'll be part of a collaborative, virtual team of professionals who combine science, psychology, and spirituality to help clients find alignment and transformation. Everything is run through GoHighLevel, our secure, automated platform that handles scheduling, reminders, client notes, and communication—making it easy to focus on what truly matters: helping people heal.

We serve a diverse range of individuals—from those in addiction and mental health recovery, to high-performing professionals and athletes with brands such as Red Bull and Monster Energy, to families seeking holistic healing worldwide. Our programs reach clients across the U.S. and internationally, providing accessible, high-quality care wherever they are.

This is a remote, contract-based role offering full flexibility, professional freedom, and the opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven community redefining modern wellness.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate one-on-one and small-group virtual sessions focused on breathwork, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and holistic healing practices.
• Create individualized wellness experiences designed to meet each client's emotional, mental, and physical goals.
• Collaborate with therapists, recovery coaches, and nutritionists in multi-tiered client programs.
• Integrate mindfulness, grounding, or visualization techniques that complement therapy and coaching work.
• Provide a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore healing, regulation, and personal growth.
• Maintain clear notes and communication through GoHighLevel's system to align with other care providers.
• Stay informed about current modalities, neuroscience, and holistic trends that enhance recovery and self-awareness.
• Lead optional workshops or group classes on mindfulness, breathwork, and inner balance for clients and partners.

Qualifications

Required or Preferred Skills:

• Experience or certification in one or more holistic modalities (breathwork, mindfulness, somatic healing, yoga, reiki, energy work, or meditation).
• Strong ability to hold emotional space and guide individuals through inner work.
• Excellent communication, compassion, and emotional intelligence.
• Comfort working virtually and documenting sessions in GoHighLevel.
• Interest in collaborating across disciplines (therapy, nutrition, functional medicine, coaching).
• Open to working with diverse populations, including recovery, mental health, and professional clients.
• Growth-oriented mindset and commitment to integrity, presence, and authenticity.

Compensation

• $75–$100 per 60-minute session (based on experience, modality, and client tier)
• $40–$60 per 30-minute session
• Paid per completed session (1099 contractor)

Your compensation depends on your experience, the type of service offered (holistic, mindfulness, or combined), and whether the client is working individually or within a tiered program. Clients are matched intentionally based on fit and modality, ensuring meaningful and aligned sessions.
