Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure a positive dining experience for guests

  • Set up and clean tables before and after guests are seated

  • Refill water glasses and provide bread and butter as needed

  • Assist in delivering food orders to tables

  • Clear dishes and silverware from tables between courses and after guests have finished their meals

  • Assist with restocking supplies in the dining area, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner

  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly

  • Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register- Ensure accuracy in handling cash and credit card transactions

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

  • Assist with food preparation when needed

  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing any concerns or special requests

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and workstations

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

  • Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper sanitation procedures

The Pay for this position is $14 per hour plus tips

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $14.00 per hour
