We are looking for a Busser / Server Assistant - Margaritaville, to support waitstaff in carrying beverages and meal items to designated tables.?You will work closely with wait staff to determine their needs, carrying food items from the expediting counter to the table and cleanup responsibilities after service.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately.
  • Uphold sanitation and food safety principles.
  • Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash.
  • Check-in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory.
  • Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management team and relevant parties.
  • Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to enjoy their food.
  • Assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations.
  • Manage various impromptu requests from customers.

What you will bring:

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • High degree of organizational skill
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry upwards of 30 pounds.
  • Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
