What Your Days Will Look Like:

  • Rolling up your sleeves for hands-on training in hiring, team-building, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum magic
  • Leading recruitment, training, and supporting your amazing staff while keeping everything state-compliant
  • Supervising and inspiring your team, juggling staffing schedules, and handling substitutes like a pro
    Building warm, lasting connections with families and staff- - because people matter most

Requirements:

Who We're Looking For:

A leader with 1

  • -3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role
  • Someone with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field
    Certified or licensed as required by your state- - you know the drill
  • Must have a Florida Director's Credential
  • A communication champ with a heart for kids, families, and staff
  • A multitasking master who can juggle schedules, tasks, and surprises with grace
  • Flexible, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed
