Position: Classroom Supervisor/Teacher (2025–2026 School Year)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Classroom Supervisor/Teacher to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a non-traditional teaching role where educators guide students through self-paced, individualized curriculum programs such as Ignitia in a small-group classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate a positive, patient attitude in working with children

· Provide academic support, clarification, and encouragement through one-on-one student assistance and group instruction

· Plan and implement supplemental instruction, projects, and classroom activities to enrich the base curriculum

· Deliver instructional programs to students who may have learning and physical disabilities and/or social behavior issues

· Work to maintain a safe, effective, Christ-centered learning environment using appropriate classroom management strategies

· Maintain student attendance and grades in school management system

· Participate in in-service programs, required training and professional meetings as requested

· Work collaboratively with Principal, Monitors, Parents, third-party providers and other staff

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree required from accredited institution

· No prior teaching certification required – certification provided through our accrediting body

· Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with parents, students, therapists and administrators.
