We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging digital marketing strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating compelling content, and analyzing campaign performance to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create short-form videos and photos (TikTok, IG Reels, FB, YouTube Shorts).
- Visit job sites, shop, and yard to film real content.
- Manage daily operations across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends
- Optimize content for SEO and incorporate keyword research to improve reach and visibility
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize engagement and conversions
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
- Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth
- Coordinate with public relations teams for branding consistency and strategic messaging
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and quality before publication
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics, and e-commerce integration
- Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with branding guidelines
- Experience in social listening, public relations, relationship management, and branding strategies
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform content strategy adjustments
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all communications
- Strong understanding of social media marketing trends including Facebook Advertising and influencer collaborations
- Exceptional communication skills combined with a creative mindset focused on innovative content creation
