Zoom Room Sugar Land is looking for an energetic and organized Operations Manager to help lead our growing dog training facility We're a positive-reinforcement training center focused on creating a fun, professional experience for dogs and their humans.

As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth. You'll ensure the facility runs smoothly, support staff and trainers, and maintain the high standards our clients expect. The Operations Manager ensures that every part of the facility runs smoothly from client communications and class scheduling to lead follow up and sales. You'll work closely with the owner and training staff to keep the business organized, client-focused, and growing.

This role blends operations, client relations, and sales. You'll spend your time greeting clients, assisting with scheduling, managing leads, and ensuring every client feels valued and supported in their training journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the training facility and front desk
  • Manage client outreach, follow-up, and lead conversion into orientations/evaluations
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and client records in our CRM system
  • Support and coordinate staff to ensure excellent service and smooth class flow
  • Track key performance metrics (sales, client retention, and class utilization)
  • Assist with local marketing, community events, and promotional campaigns
  • Handle client concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in customer service, operations, or sales (management experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead a small team and deliver results
  • Experience in running social media accounts
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident working directly with clients
  • Must love dogs and have an interest in dog behavior and training (experience not required; we'll train you)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
