What You'll Do

  • Lead with Vision: Oversee Field Sales Leadership and Store Operations to deliver a standout customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Drive Results: Create and execute scalable sales strategies to boost revenue, optimize performance, and streamline operations.
  • Build High-Performance Teams: Cultivate a winning culture by developing and empowering top-tier talent across your region.
  • Mentor Leaders: Guide a dynamic team of field leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term success.

  • Executive-level experience in wireless retail (or similar industry), leading large-scale sales operations.
  • Proven leadership of 200+ store locations across multiple regions.
  • Track record of developing and executing powerful sales strategies that drive real results.
  • Deep understanding of performance management, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
  • Natural leadership that inspires trust, drives accountability, and empowers people to exceed expectations.
  • Strong analytical acumen and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator, and public speaker.
