Opportunity Summary

We're looking for motivated tax professionals and entrepreneurs who want to take control of their income and career. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, this opportunity is designed to help you establish your own book of business using our professional software and back-office systems. You'll work remotely, set your own schedule, and have access to mentorship and marketing resources to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare individual and small business tax returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct client interviews to gather income, deduction, and credit information.
  • Review prior-year tax returns and supporting documents for compliance and accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Build and maintain your own client base with the systems and guidance we provide.
  • Stay current with IRS updates, tax law changes, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience with tax preparation preferred but not required.
  • Valid PTIN (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to build, grow, and manage your own client base.
  • Basic understanding of accounting or finance is helpful but not required.

Compensation and Schedule

This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Average earnings range from $100–$300 per hour depending on performance and client volume. You control your schedule — work part-time or full-time, from anywhere in the U.S.
