Title : Program Director / Engagement leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution.
- Manage client relationships and drive business development.
- Ensure operational excellence and financial oversight.
- Mentor and manage cross-functional engineering and design teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical, Production, Biomedical, etc.)
- Preferred: Master's or MBA, PMP/PgMP/Scrum Master/Six Sigma certifications.
- Experience with tools like CAD, CAE, PLM, Jira, MS Project, and exposure to Generative AI and automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years in engineering services, with 5+ years in a program director role.
- Proven track record managing large-scale programs ($5M+, 100+ team members).
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and client engagement skills.
- Experience in Healthcare or MedTech projects .
