  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing within the AI team.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data privacy standards, and ethical guidelines in all AI initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an accomplished and visionary AI Program Director to join our team in San Jose, California.
  • The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large-scale technology program management. As the AI Program Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic AI initiatives, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of transformative AI solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Minimum of 15 years of IT experience. Good experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale AI programs and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud-based AI services).
  • In-depth understanding of data governance, security, and ethical considerations in AI.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, innovative-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously

Salary Range: $98,000-$120,000 a year
