FiStaff is seeking a results-driven Recruiter who delivers high-quality placements and exceptional candidate experiences. In this role, your success is defined by your ability to build strong candidate pipelines, match top talent to financial services and accounting roles, and consistently hit weekly recruiting and placement targets.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

  • Build a strategic talent pipeline
    by generating steady candidate flow from referrals, networking, creative sourcing, and ongoing candidate engagement.
  • Conduct high-quality interviews and evaluations
    that consistently identify top performers for financial services, accounting, and corporate roles.
  • Deliver strong candidate-to-client matches
    , resulting in high interview-to-offer conversion rates and repeat client requests.
  • Own the full placement cycle
    —from submittal to interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and post-placement follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity metrics
    for calls, screenings, submittals, and placements, adjusting strategies to reach performance and gross profit targets.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance
    by maintaining complete documentation and an organized ATS workflow.
