Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Recruitment Advisor
to join our dynamic Houston team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client and candidate relationships, and supporting workforce delivery across the Oil & Gas industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and high-performing environment, with access to the resources and global network of the Morson Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand project requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and the internal database.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes in partnership with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with other Recruitment Advisors and Account Managers across PTS Advance and Morson Group to share best practices and optimize delivery.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to internal stakeholders and clients on recruitment metrics and progress.

Experience:

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably within the energy, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Experience working on contract / interim vacancies
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and workforce delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS/recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
