Chat Support Representative REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Provide accurate and complete information about products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends to improve customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new features and updates.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Handle sensitive customer information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Follow up after resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat or online environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly.
