Overview

I'm Gabrielle Witkin, a Real Estate Advisor with Sotheby's International Realty, serving clients across Arlington and the DC Metro area. I'm looking for a licensed assistant / junior agent who's organized, thoughtful, and motivated to learn the business at a high level.

You'll work alongside me in a mentorship-style role — supporting day-to-day operations, listings, and client communication while getting hands-on experience in luxury real estate. This position is perfect for someone who's licensed, confident, eager to grow, and naturally proactive.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate/attend showings as needed, vendor appointments, and listing prep timelines
  • Communicate with clients, photographers, stagers, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist with writing contracts, disclosures, and transaction files
  • Help create marketing materials for each listing
  • Attend photoshoots, staging appointments, and property walkthroughs, inspections as needed
  • Keep systems organized and ensure key details don't fall through the cracks

What You Bring

  • Active real estate license in DC, MD, or VA (Virginia required at a minimum)
  • Reliable car + valid driver's license (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
  • Comfort with tech tools: Asana, MLS, Sotheby's Design Tools
  • A mix of confidence and kindness — you're assertive but easy to work with

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time: 12–20 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule; sporadic local appointments
  • $23–$26.50/hour depending on experience
