Real Estate Listing Specialist – Top DC/VA/MD Team
2 weeks ago
About Us
We're a top-producing, client-focused real estate team serving Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Our listings consistently sell quickly and for top dollar because we take a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to preparing homes for market.
We're looking for a professional Listing Agent with at least 2+ years of residential real estate experience who excels at helping sellers get their homes ready to shine — from coordinating small updates to guiding clients through staging and presentation.
If you love design, project management, and client communication — and take pride in creating listings that stand out — this is an opportunity to join a proven, high-performing team with strong marketing systems and a steady flow of listing opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Manage the listing process from start to finish, including client communication, pricing discussions, and prep for market.
- Guide sellers through home improvements and updates — such as painting, light fixtures, flooring, and bathroom refreshes — to maximize ROI.
- Oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring quality work and timely completion.
- Provide staging guidance, often using the owner's own furnishings and accessories, to create a market-ready presentation.
- Collaborate with photographers, stagers, and marketing partners to showcase each home beautifully.
- Write compelling listing descriptions and ensure all marketing materials reflect the property's best features.
- Track and manage multiple active listings using our team's CRM and transaction systems.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience through proactive updates, professionalism, and local expertise.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in VA, DC, or MD (multi-state preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience listing and selling residential real estate.
- Proven ability to coordinate property preparation including paint, flooring, fixtures, and small renovations.
- Experience staging or guiding sellers on how to stage their homes effectively.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Professional, polished, and client-centered demeanor.
- Must live locally within commuting distance to Washington, DC, Arlington, or close in Montgomery County (e.g., Bethesda).
What We Offer
- High-quality listing leads from a top-producing team (no cold prospecting required).
- Comprehensive marketing and transaction support so you can focus on clients.
- Proven systems and checklists that keep your listings running smoothly.
- Collaborative, professional team culture with mentorship and shared resources.
- Opportunity to grow your business under a respected local brand known for exceptional client results.
- Competitive commission-based compensation structure with strong earning potential.
