Care Assistant
Part-Time, and Casual Call - Available Shifts: These
positions participate in the on call weekend and holiday rotations.
- AM: Every other weekend; 6:30am-12:30pm Saturday and Sunday, + OCW and holiday rotation
- PM: Every other weekend; 3:30pm-6:30pm Saturday and Sunday, + OCW and holiday rotation
- PM: Every other weekend; 3:30pm-6:30pm Saturday and Sunday, Every Monday 5pm-10:30pm, + OCW and holiday rotation
- NOC: Every other weekend; 10:30pm-6:30am, + OCW and holiday rotation
- Casual Call: Build your own part-time schedule
Assisted Living Resident
Care Assistant
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant
In this role to support the 30 residents in our Assisted Living residence.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with personal cares, daily
activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as
possible - Other responsibilities could include medication
management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks - Memory Care cross training
What You'll Need
- Previous direct care experience, preferred
- Experience with medication management, CNA.
and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the
right fit for our team - High school diploma or equivalent is required
- If under the age of 18, we can assist in getting
you a waiver to work.
Our Wages
- Our starting rate is between $17.50 and $19.50 +
per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon
orientation completion, and regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance - We also offer a $3.00 NOC shift differential as
well as a Weekend Differential and on-call and pick-up incentives.
Qualifications for
Higher Wages
- CNA Training (any state)
- Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
- CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
- Full Time Position
