Server / Food Service Associate
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Server to join our top-notch culinary team at our Cass Street location, serving 46 residents.
What You'll Do
- Serve attractive meals that nourish the body and lift the spirit, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met while making mealtimes one highlight of their day.
- Duties include serving resident's meals, bussing dishes, kitchen and dining cleaning duties, restocking and setting as well as other kitchen responsibilities
- Evening servers may also vacuum, dust, and clean common areas
What You'll Need
- Ability to multitask is a must
- Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community, preferred
- Valid driver license beneficial to assist with meal transport; approved drivers must be 18+ have and maintain a valid license and safe driving record
Our Wages
- Starting Wage is between $15.50 and $18.00, based on qualifications, hours, and experience
- We'll review your wages 100 days — we pay more for high performance
