Generally M-F Day hours, but may include occasional varied shifts and weekends based on training needs. Participates in weekend and holiday scheduling on-call rotation. This position enjoys most weekends and holidays off
Nursing Department Scheduler / RCA Team Lead
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Scheduler / RCA Team Lead for our largest senior care community in the La Crosse area. The range of services offered within this one community, includes independent senior living, independent living plus, assisted living, high acuity assisted living, and memory care providing a wonderful home where seniors can enjoy their highest level of independence, privacy, dignity and lifestyle possible.
This role is unique because it is not only a leader for our RCA team, but also gets to connect regularly with our residents.
What You'll Do
- Schedule nursing department staff including Resident Care staff, Nurses, Support Aides, and coordinate Agency staffing when necessary to ensure high quality resident care
- Provide facility orientation for all Eagle Crest South new hires,
- Register staff in required CBRF courses and assist with new hire paperwork and in house training to ensure compliance
- Mentors and trains new and current staff on quality care practices, person-centered care, and daily tasks of their position.
- Maintains sufficient supplies inventory for nursing department needs
- Assist residents with personal care, daily activities while helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
- This position includes medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other related tasks

What You'll Need
- Previous experience with staff scheduling
- Previous direct care experience including medication management, CNA or CBRF certification
- Experience with EasyShifts scheduling and ECP EHR/EMAR beneficial
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to adapt to new software
- Experience with older adults, preferred
