We are seeking an Employee Health Manager for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

• • You will oversee and coordinate the Employee Health and Safety program.
• You will play a major role in providing pre-employment screenings, administering annual health screenings and compliance with all regulatory requirements related to employee health.
• You will work closely with Infection Control and the Safety committee, in addition to the hospital leadership, to promote a safe, healthy workplace for all employees.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required
• Minimum 2 years general clinical nursing experience required.
• Previous experience with an Occupational Health or Employee Health program preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
