We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues swiftly to ensure maximum satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and special requests
  • Create invoices upon check out and ensure accurate financial statements
  • Support front desk operations by handling bookings, cancellations, and modifications with precision and professionalism
  • Uphold company standards by ensuring compliance with spa policies and procedures while exceeding 5 star customer service

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service within a hospitality, spa or hotel environment
  • Knowledge of med spa systems and front desk operations a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Exceptional phone etiquette combined with a friendly demeanor that puts guests at ease
  • Experience working in resort settings or similar hospitality environments is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
