Summary

The salary range for this position is $76,700 to $95,900. This is the pay range for this position that Andaz Napa reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

The Sr. Food & Beverage Manager is a role that blends creativity, local connection, and operational excellence. This position oversees all food & beverage experiences across the property, including restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquet/event execution. The ideal leader brings both heart and strategy to every detail, ensuring each guest experience reflects our signature Napa style — elevated, effortless, and inspired by community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for all F&B venues, banquets, and event setups.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team that embodies the Andaz culture.
  • Partner closely with Culinary and Events to deliver exceptional, locally inspired moments.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and purchasing to drive profitability.
  • Maintain consistency in service, product quality, and presentation standards.
  • Foster clear communication across all teams through briefings and leadership meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold Hyatt and Forbes service standards through coaching, accountability, and recognition.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven success managing multi-venue operations within a luxury or lifestyle property.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Passion for creating elevated guest experiences that reflect local culture and authenticity.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with systems such as Birchstreet, Micros, and Envision preferred.
  • Forbes service background or boutique hotel experience a plus.
  • Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
