- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure adequate supplies.
- Implement effective budgeting practices to control costs while maximizing profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and culinary practices.
- Experience with inventory control, cash handling, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with various restaurant formats including quick service, casual dining, fine dining, and catering services is preferred.
- Previous experience in kitchen management or supervising kitchen staff is highly desirable.
