Position Overview:
SBLM Long Island branch office of national Architectural firm seeks a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills to provide full-time administrative support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Represent the company with a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, visitors, staff, and the public
· Oversee daily office operations and maintenance
- Organize and maintain project-related information
· Manage supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination
· Assist with administrative tasks to ensure an efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with architecture or marketing concepts and/or programs is a plus
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
