Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH. The Vice President of Business Development will lead strategic growth initiatives, identify and secure new business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities include overseeing new business development efforts, managing contracts, driving sales, and strengthening existing client accounts. A key aspect of this role is to develop and implement business plans that align with the company's goals and promote long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Planning
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and Account Management
  • Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and external partners
  • Management Experience in the Utility Vegetation or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the tree service or related industries is a plus.
