Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Hourly Pay: $20 - $26/hour

Summary:

We're looking for caring and dependable individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll help customers by phone, chat, or email, answering questions, solving basic issues, and making sure they feel heard and supported. Job Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from customers

Assist customers with order tracking, account details, or general support inquiriesFollow clear scripts and procedures to provide consistent and accurate supportLog all customer interactions, updating customer records and ensuring follow-up when necessaryWork closely with your team to resolve more complex issues and share helpful insightsMaintain a calm and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions, providing an excellent customer experience

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient attitude

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyBasic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn new software and tools

Access to a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection

Previous experience in retail, call centers, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not requiredPositive mindset and eagerness to learn, with training provided
