Position Summary

The Integrated Service Coordinator is the first point of contact for clients, patients, and community members. This role connects people to the right services — including our Clinic, Case Management, Prevention, and our Pharmacy — and ensures a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience from intake through ongoing care.

You'll help bridge the communication between departments and ensure that clients receive timely, coordinated care while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Clinic Support

Greet, check in/out, and assist clients and visitors in person and by phone.

Schedule, confirm, and manage medical appointments; prepare charts and assist with provider schedules.

Conduct reminder calls, manage cancellations, and follow up on no-shows.

Process billing, collect payments, and maintain accurate records in the EMR system

Case Management & Service Coordination

Receive intake calls and route clients to assigned case managers.

Maintain regular communication with Case Management and Client Services.

Cross-Department Communication

Route calls and messages for all Hope & Help departments (Clinic, Case Management, Prevention, Pharmacy, and Administration).

Identify client needs and connect them to the right staff or service area.

Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

Participate in team meetings, onboarding, and cross-departmental trainings.

Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical receptionist, client services, or related role.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Valid Florida Driver's License.

Preferred

Experience in a healthcare, dental, or social service setting.

Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Associate's Degree in Health, Human Services, or related field.

Work Environment

This position works in a professional clinic/office environment with moderate noise. Must be able to sit, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
