Job Overview

Ambition Creative ) is seeking an experienced Marketing Sales Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. You must have excellent people skills, and you must not sound like a cold caller. We are not looking for a stuffy, classically trained caller. We are looking for a casual and candid individual that is very personable.

Our company is based in NJ but this is a fully remote position. Work from home in any state, Eastern and Central time applicants are preferred.

PAY: $12 per hour, plus $25 for every meeting that's set, plus 10% sales commission on leads that close. Move up to a full sales agent and close leads on your own for 15% sales commission. Our initial packages range from $2,000-$9,000.

DAILY DUTIES: Use our CRM to contact leads by phone and email, then follow up on a short timeline.

SCHEDULE: Call and email 20-30 leads on Monday, follow up with calls on Wednesday and emails on Friday. Call and email 20-30 leads on Tuesday, follow up with calls on Thursday, and emails on Friday. Repeat once, then qualify or disqualify the lead. Continue with a new set of leads every 2 weeks.

EXPECTED HOURS: 15-20 hours per week, morning availability preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and telemarketing, with a proven track record of success in outbound calling and customer engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively, as you will be responsible for reviewing leads and building relationships with potential clients. If you are passionate about technology sales and have experience with CRM software, we want to hear from you.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
  • Engage in warm calling strategies to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture leads
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using Zoho CRM software
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns

  • Must be located in the US, speak fluent English, have a determined personality and have dedication to get the job done. The sales approach is consistent yet casual.
