We are looking for a driven
Product Specialist
to manage and source parts for two automotive brands. This individual will play a key role in supporting vehicle builds, refurbishments, and event preparations. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of vehicles, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can take ownership of projects from start to finish.

This role requires a motivated self-starter who is equally comfortable working in the office and in the shop, collaborating with technicians, managers, and suppliers to keep projects moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Parts Management & Sourcing

  • Source, order, and track parts needed for vehicle builds, reveal projects, and refurbishments.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and delivery timelines.
  • Build and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement.
  • Research and locate hard-to-find or specialty parts as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for shipping and receiving parts.

Project & Vehicle Support

  • Support vehicle refurbishment and event preparation efforts.
  • Work closely with technicians and managers to identify needed parts.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing builds and help troubleshoot any part-related issues or delays.

Organization & Communication

  • Keep detailed documentation of part numbers, costs, and usage across brands.
  • Communicate proactively with teams about order status, backorders, and potential alternatives.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized parts area and tracking system.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of automotive parts and components, or ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed.
  • Comfortable working in both office and shop environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software; willingness to learn company systems.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in an automotive, dealership, or parts coordination role.
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships and tracking orders.
  • Familiarity with vehicle refurbishment, production, or event-based automotive projects.
