Overview:

Are you a talented Administrative Assistant? In this position, you will be a Brand Ambassador and the 'Face of Carenet' as our visitors arrive

Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, senior leadership, and clients. You will coordinate meetings as directed for internal and external connections. You will ensure accountability, holding yourself and others accountable to meet commitments, with a clear understanding of the main tasks needed to complete work in the right sequence. You must be organized, tech savvy, and possess strong business judgement and communication skills, having the ability to interact with a diverse group of people and job functions.

  • Answer multiple phone lines, screening and directing calls to relevant staff.
  • Act as the "Face of Carenet" by escorting and greeting visitors and vendors.
  • Process and direct mail, both incoming and outgoing packages.
  • Act as a point of Contact between executives, senior leadership, and clients.
  • Prepare professional communication, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Coordinate and plan appointments, meetings, and events as directed for internal, client and external connections.
  • Manage or assist with travel arrangements for executives, senior leadership team and visiting clients.

Qualifications:

  • Completed your High School Diploma or GED. If you have your Personal Assistant Certification or Associates Degree that is a plus.
  • Worked as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant for 2 or more years.
  • Have experience with and are proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Worked with multiple types of reports including but not limited to expense reports, travel logs, and other reports using Excel.
  • Worked with Google Docs and Share Point.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
