Qualifications

We are seeking motivated and personable Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on menu items.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
  • Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond to any needs or requests.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with side work and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
