Personal Lines Account Manager
We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Manager
for our client located near Wakefield, MA. This position involves servicing an existing book of business and supporting our clients with various insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Personal Lines insurance and a passion for delivering excellent customer service while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and carriers.

- Commissions: 50% of rounded house accounts, 50% of new business, 10% of renewals
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Service a split-book of standard & HNW Personal Lines accounts
- Review coverage, suggest improvements, round accounts when possible
- Support Producers to market new and renewal accounts
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve any client service issues.
- Servicing the needs of client accounts by; inputting and updating policy details and maintaining new/renewal client files.
Requirements/Experience:
- P&C Producer License preferred
- P&C Account Management Insurance experience required
- The ability to multi task and handle a large volume of items simultaneously
- Good organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Experience with AMS360 or similar management system
- Able to work in a professional team environment
