What You'll Do:

  • Knock doors, call leads, and network to generate opportunities
  • Conduct in-home inspections and deliver expert estimates
  • Sell gutter repair, installation, and guard systems
  • Follow up with clients and ensure smooth project handoff
  • Track leads, quotes, and sales with accuracy

Compensation:

  • 100% commission—your earnings depend on your effort
  • High close rates and average ticket value mean real earning potential
  • Bonuses for performance may be available

Location & Schedule:

  • Field-based in Charlotte, NC + surrounding areas
  • Set your own schedule—work full-time or part-time

Requirements:

  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Confident communicator and skilled in outbound sales
  • Roofing, exterior repair, or gutter knowledge is a big plus
  • Independent, persistent, and coachable
