About Eurasian Auto Repair

We're a high-performance European and Asian (we serve domestic but corner the market in Euro/Asian) automotive shop known for precision, transparency, and teamwork. Our "Rack Attack" process drives our inspection and testing workflow. We're looking for a motivated lead to ensure every car moves through the shop with accuracy, speed, and consistency.

Role Summary

The Production & Inspection Lead oversees all vehicles in the Rack Attack process—from inspection to test drive. This role bridges technicians and service advisors, ensuring flawless communication, quality control, and efficient workflow dispatching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch vehicles through the Rack Attack stages (inspection, testing, dispatch).
  • Assist in every initial vehicle inspection as soon as the vehicle enters the shop.
  • Manage bay flow, technician workload, and timeline expectations.
  • Communicate with advisors to prevent delays and clarify customer expectations and vehicle issues
  • Perform final quality control checks before vehicle delivery when needed.
  • Train and coach team members on the Rack Attack process.
  • Track metrics as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and diagnostic workflow.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vehicles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Leadership experience in an automotive service environment preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with high personal accountability.
  • HOURS: 6:45AM-6:00 PM Mon- Fri
  • ALTERNATING SATURDAYS 8am-3pm
