Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, vehicle specifications, and promotions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work collaboratively with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service/sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A valid driver's license and professional appearance.
- Knowledge of automotive products and financing options is a plus.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach.
