- Analyze data, develop process strategies, and contribute to capital projects.

- Create and present a capstone project to executive leadership, showcasing your achievements and insights.
- Learn regulatory compliance and safety standards that shape our industry.
- Develop skills in scheduling, project profitability, accounts receivable, and billing.
- Support our strong safety culture in every aspect of your work.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited trade school, college, or university and in good academic standing.
- Professional, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
- Tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple assignments at once.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to achieving high standards of excellence.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
- Hold a valid driver's license (DL/CDL), with possible endorsements.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
- Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including use of PPE (such as face shield and safety shoes).
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical activity as outlined.
- Direct exposure to industry-leading practices and projects.
- Insight into how compliance and safety drive business success.
- Skills in organization, negotiation, problem-solving, and procurement.
- Experience presenting to executives and making your mark.
- Connections that last long after the internship ends.
- Engage in activities requiring mobility, dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Work in varied environments, from offices to fields, exposed to weather, machinery, and moderate-to-loud noise.
