Retail Sales Associate – Brightspeed Fiber (Inside Walmart & Target) Easy Earnings LLC | Springfield, MO $12.30/hr + Commission | 20–40 Hours/Week Easy Earnings LLC is hiring motivated, people-friendly Retail Sales Associates to represent Brightspeed Fiber Internet inside Walmart and Target stores throughout Springfield, Missouri. Your role is to engage with shoppers, start conversations, identify customer needs, and help them upgrade to Brightspeed's fast, reliable fiber-optic home internet. This position offers consistent hourly pay, strong commission opportunities, and a chance to grow inside a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities

  • Engage and greet customers inside Walmart or Target
  • Start conversations and educate shoppers about Brightspeed Fiber
  • Explain plan features, pricing, and internet benefits
  • Assist customers with sign-ups and installation scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, professional retail booth
  • Meet daily and weekly performance benchmarks
  • Follow Easy Earnings LLC's compliance and professionalism standards

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers
  • Ability to work 20–40 hours per week
  • Reliable attendance and professional appearance
  • Prior sales experience helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • $12.30 hourly base pay
