The Michigan Center for Traumatic Stress (MCTS) Rose Program is a freestanding Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) dedicated to supporting individuals healing from trauma and complex trauma. Our multidisciplinary team provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a structured, supportive environment. Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Client Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our program. This role ensures a smooth, positive experience for our patients and supports our clinical and administrative team in day-to-day operations.

Skills

  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data management
  • Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with patients and staff
  • A team-oriented approach
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and empathy
  • Manage phone calls, voicemails, and emails promptly and courteously
  • Schedule and confirm appointments within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Assist clients with forms, documentation, and check-in processes
  • Support clinicians and administrative staff with scheduling and communication needs
  • Maintain an organized, calming reception and waiting area
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, records, and deliveries

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a calm, professional manner
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
