Position Summary

The Client Experience Specialist is the frontline representative responsible for delivering exceptional service to all Clients. This role handles inbound and outbound phone communication, manages internal coordination for Client needs, and ensures a smooth and professional experience throughout every interaction. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound phone calls from Clients and provide prompt, courteous assistance.

  • Make outbound phone calls to follow up on Client inquiries, schedule appointments, confirm service details, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Handle internal communications to coordinate Client requests and system needs with other Teams.

  • Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and communication logs.

  • Support overall Client experience initiatives and identify opportunities to improve service processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—this is essential.

  • Comfort and confidence speaking with Clients over the phone.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through email and internal messaging.

  • Computer-savvy, able to navigate software easily and learn new systems quickly.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple Client interactions at once.

Preferred Qualifications

(Not required but beneficial)

  • Prior experience in client service, call center, or administrative support.

  • Experience in service-based industries (security, trades, scheduling, dispatch, etc.).

  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
