Position Summary:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Contract Support Specialist to assist VA contracting offices with full lifecycle acquisition support under the guidance of Contracting Officers and Specialists. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to interpret federal acquisition regulations, and support procurement and post-award administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review procurement documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies with stakeholders.
  • Interpret federal and agency acquisition policies, regulations, and directives.
  • Draft and prepare contract-related documents and supporting files.
  • Conduct and evaluate market research and trends.
  • Process purchase requisitions and procurement packages for award.
  • Support post-award administration, including contract closeout and performance monitoring.
  • Assist with Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) monitoring.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four (4) years of education above high school from an accredited institution.
  • Two (2) years of federal contracting experience within the last five (5) years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and federal procurement systems , FPDS-NG, CPARS).
  • U.S. Citizen with favorable background investigation and PIV issuance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90, $100,000.00 per year
