Position SummaryEnsure prompt and efficient service to Orion Lending's internal staff as well as our approved broker clientele.
Responsibilities
- Accept rate locks from internal and external clients and confirm rate locks back to the client.
- Review and verify locks requests.
- Entering loan information required for locking, relocking, modifying, and extending mortgage commitments into Encompass.
- Reconciling daily locks.
- Resolving price discrepancies at the time of lock.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong mathematical/analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Encompass preferred.
Physical and Work Conditions
Standard office environment, equipment, and tasks,including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sittingand walking throughout the day. Employees must be open to working overtime tocomplete assigned tasks.
