Warehouse Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Warehouse Manager (Wireless Telecom) oversees day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations supporting wireless network builds, upgrades, and maintenance. This role ensures accurate receiving, inventory control, staging, and timely distribution of high-value telecom equipment to field crews, tower sites, retail locations, and customers across the Michigan market.

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping telecom materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS, RF scanners, and standard computer tools
• Coordinate kitting and staging of equipment for technician crews and field operations
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (labels, bills of lading, carrier paperwork)
• Coordinate outbound shipments and carrier scheduling
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse conditions in compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Support inventory transfers between Michigan sites and the PA market

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, telecom, or electronics environments
• Familiarity with inventory control, shipping processes, and warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Safety-first mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

ADDITIONAL SKILLS OR CERTIFICATIONS (Helpful, Not Required):

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (General Industry)
• Forklift / powered industrial truck certification
• Telecom or RF safety training (e.g., NATE)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The following physical demands are required to perform the essential functions of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation -

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with the use of proper equipment or assistance
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and climb ladders or step stools as required to perform job duties
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts), with training provided as required
• Ability to visually inspect materials and documentation and use hands for scanning, labeling, and packaging
• Ability to work in typical warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures, noise levels, and lighting

Compensation

• Pay Range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)
