Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Requirements:
·8 Years of experience in Contract/Permanent hiring.
·Proven experience as IT Recruiter (in-house)
·Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
·Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
·Source, screen, and engage with qualified IT candidates for various technical roles (Contract, Contract to Hire and Permanent)
·Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding
·Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and role requirements
·Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels for talent acquisition
·Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
·Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients.
·Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.
·Should Posses good knowledge about Contracts NCA / NDA / Addendum / Memorandum
·Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.
·Go-Getter and committed
