As Communications Specialist, you will be a part of the Tower Business Performance team and will be responsible fo
r producing business unit communication
s that effectively engages teammates and influences change adoption by articulating key messages, tone, vocabulary, and business unit priorities. You will work closely with the Tower Communications team on creating materials that contribute to the success of the team on a variety of Tower projects and/or initiative

  • ce.Drive awareness, understanding and adoption of business unit goals and projec

    eo) to drive teammate engagement and promote understanding of business unit goals and desired actions and outcom
  • es.Develop and implement communication plans for assigned projects, including authoring/editing cont
  • entDevelop and/or edit communications using a variety of modalities and storytelling that will result in greater employee awareness, productivity, retention, and compliance to systems, process, and/or too
  • ls.Collaborate with the enterprise Internal Communications team to ensure consistency with corporate brand fundamentals (including tone and vocabulary), promote enterprise-wide messaging, and share relevant business unit accomplishments for greater visibili

ty.

Experience/Minimum Require

  • mentsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; focus on journalism, communication or marketing pref
  • erredTwo (2)+ years of building communications for business issues, changes and awareness and delivering res
  • ults.Experience in conceptualizing, designing, and developing communication delivera
  • bles.Demonstrated ability to take complex concepts and break them down into simple concepts to diverse audie
  • nces.Strong Microsoft proficiency, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and experience with ShareP
  • oint.Strong Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving app
  • roachStrong communication skills, and the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive and senior management t
  • eams.Ability to guide teams to develop simple, comprehensive solutions to ready employees for ch
