Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong supervisory and communication skills, as well as excellent organizational abilities.

Duties:

- Supervise and manage office staff, including administrative assistants and clerical personnel

- Coordinate and oversee office activities, including scheduling, event planning, and meetings

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail

- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

- Manage office budgets and expenses

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Experience:

  • Must have 2 years experience with Dentrix software.
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
  • Experience in schedule management is preferred
