Job description:

Music N More is a locally owned music retail store with a music school located in Orlando FL dedicated to making music fun & easy. We offer sheet music, instrument accessories, as well as band and orchestra rentals in our retail store. Our music school offers in-person and online music lessons for a wide variety of instruments and voice.

We are looking for a receptionist to handle the selling and scheduling of lessons, to provide excellent customer service to our wonderful students and customers, to sell music & supplies along with renting and selling music instruments.

Work Schedule:

Saturdays 9 am to 4pm

Job Duties:

Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you).

Great memory with ability to remember lots of details.

An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person.

If you hate sales, please do not apply. Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.

Registering clients

Processing paperwork

Light Cleaning

Communicating with teachers, staff and clients

Selling minimal retail, renting instruments at the front desk

Interacting with customers

Administrative Duties:

Scheduling

Running errands

Stocking Supplies

Sorting and sending mail

Answering and routing phone calls

Greeting visitors

Ideal qualifications and experience:

Restaurant, Hospitality

Phone customer support

Bank teller

Retail

Shipping center

Medical office

Salon

Any position that is fast paced, with a lot of interaction with the public.

People person

Great memory (forgetful types need not apply)

Good with Microsoft office and Google products

Great phone skills

Ability to work alone

Ability to multi task and keep up with lots of details

Manage a fast paced environment

Spanish Speaking optional but helpful
