GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator / Project Coordinator with hands-on Oracle Service Cloud experience and the ability to coordinate medium-scale projects.

In this dual-function role, you will support and enhance our CRM ecosystem while coordinating cross-functional project activities. You will be responsible for CRM configuration, integrations, data management, and supporting continuous improvement across teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM Administration

  • Configure and maintain CRM settings, user profiles, workspaces, workflows, message templates, surveys, campaigns, databases, and permissions.
  • Assist in testing and verification for internal custom code, vendor releases, patches, and add-ons.
  • Collaborate with the Contact Center and Business Analysts to identify enhancements, improvements, and system customizations.
  • Coordinate with technical leads, developers, system administrators, and the CRM team to ensure system availability and support business continuity testing.
  • Manage data integrity, including imports, migrations, integrations, and cleanup.
  • Provide application administration, troubleshooting, and support for IT projects (code migration, change control, application security, performance, and availability).
  • Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews within Oracle Service Cloud.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, including BRDs, test plans, test results, project plans, and meeting notes.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong proficiency in CRM administration, data management, reporting tools, campaigns, surveys, and Intelligent Advisor.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years of CRM administration experience (Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior public sector experience.
